I primarily work as a divorce mediator, helping people to reduce the overall level of conflict and reach settlements that will se them on a course for a better future. I also represent minor children in divorce and custody matters as a child’s guardian ad litem (GAL) or as the attorney for the minor child AMC).
I also help clients defend their rights when they have been accused of a crime including DWI’s, drug charges and more. I represent minors as well as adults in the juvenile justice court and the superior court. In addition, should the family have educational issues, I also represent clients in 504 and IEP hearings.
